Born and raised in Penang, Brandon Tan was always in love with fashion. Despite his day job, he never gave up on his dream of designing couture pieces. Taking up sewing classes and learning as an apprentice, he worked hard to realize his passion, never letting anyone discourage him.

Finally in 2007 with inspiration from his French partner; Pascal Martin Daguet, Brandon launched Bran et Daguet, where he creates elegantly cut couture and ready-to-wear cocktail dresses and occasion wear with an international appeal.

Brandon’s designs have been enticing fashionistas from all over South East Asia. With many coming from a great distance to get their hands on their own unique piece of Bran et Daguet couture wear.

His chic dresses, stylish blouses and elegant pantsuits are perfect for an occasion be it daytime or evening while the combination of unique fabrics and simple but clever cutting mean that his evening dresses will inspire envy at first glance. He travels extensively searching for inspiration, constantly ensuring fresh designs and material. Bran et Daguet is not afraid of color and texture, which adds to its dramatic and edgy collection.
